Account & Data Deletion
Google Play Policy ComplianceWe respect your autonomy over your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your Shruti Sadhana account and all associated records, you can submit a deletion request via email.
How to submit a deletion request:
- Send an email to support@shrutisadhana.com.
- Important: You must send the email from the Google email account registered with your Shruti Sadhana app profile.

Use the subject line:
Account Deletion Request. - In the email body, provide your full name and confirm that you wish to permanently remove your account and all associated progress.
- Your profile (name, email, photo)
- Your course enrollment & shloka progress
- Your script preferences & settings
- Authentication tokens & database identifiers
Your voice practice recordings are never stored on our cloud servers. Uninstalling the app from your Android device immediately purges all local recordings from your phone.
Requests are verified and permanently completed within 30 calendar days. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
Common Technical Assistance
Microphone Permission for Self-Practice
To record your chant and compare pronunciation with Guru Kusum Shree, allow the microphone permission when prompted. If you previously denied permission, open your phone’s Settings → Apps → Shruti Sadhana → Permissions → Microphone → Allow. Remember, recordings never leave your device.
Daily Practice Reminders
Practice notifications are scheduled locally on your phone. If you are not receiving reminders at your set time, check that battery optimization for Shruti Sadhana is set to “Unrestricted” in your Android system settings.
Offline Audio & Streaming
The pilot streams authentic high-fidelity audio directly from our content network. A stable internet connection is required to stream lesson shlokas and synchronize your learning progress.
