1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Shruti Sadhana. By downloading, accessing, or using our Android mobile application or our website at shrutisadhana.com (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Shruti Sadhana is developed and operated by Spandara Labs. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform & Sacred Conduct

Shruti Sadhana exists to facilitate authentic, devotional learning of sacred Sanskrit stotrams through traditional oral guidance (*Shruti*). The platform is intended exclusively for personal spiritual study, practice, and devotional sadhana.

Users agree to engage with the sacred content, teachers, and community with dignity, sincerity, and respect.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

While traditional Sanskrit texts and shlokas are ancient sacred heritage in the public domain, all original master audio recordings, Guru chantings (including recordings by Guru Kusum Shree), pedagogical curriculum structures, visual artwork, software code, and branding are the proprietary intellectual property of Spandara Labs and its content partners.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play audio content for personal learning.
• You may not rip, redistribute, broadcast, commercially exploit, remix, or mirror any proprietary audio or curriculum assets without prior written authorization.

4. User Accounts

To track your learning journey, you may register an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your session.

You may request complete account deletion at any time by following the instructions on our Support Page.

5. Course Access & Future Paid Offerings

The current pilot offering provides full access to the Sri Lalita Sahasranama learning journey free of charge. In future updates, specialized courses, advanced masterclasses, or optional ad-free experiences may require paid access or subscriptions.

All applicable pricing, billing terms, and access periods will be displayed transparently prior to purchase. Any transactions made via the platform or official app stores are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy as well as applicable store terms (e.g. Google Play In-App Billing terms).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for absolute scriptural and phonetic fidelity under the guidance of authentic Gurus, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spandara Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim, dispute, or proceeding arising under these Terms.
